The Richmond County Health Department and Richmond County School System have teamed up to provide the H1N1 vaccination to all Richmond County Students in grades K - 12. Both officials at the Health Department and School System feel this will be a great opportunity for the parents of the students as they will not have to make an appointment with either their child's primary care physician or the local health department in order to receive this vaccine.
Information packets along with parental consent forms are being sent home with all Richmond County Students on Monday, October 19th. All consent forms MUST be returned to the schools by Monday, October 26th. Below are the forms that are being sent home with each student. We are providing links to these forms in case a child loses their packet.
