Employment with the Robeson County Health Department

Interested applicants for vacant positions at the Health Department are required to complete a PD-118 State Application. (This form may be downloaded from the Employment Security Commission website at www.ncesc.com) All vacant positions are listed on this website.
New hires are required to pay the cost of a pre-employment drug screening at Southeastern Occupation Health Works and will be reimbursed by the County for a negative result. Reimbursement will be made after the completion of thirty days of employment with Robeson County.
To safeguard the health and safety of Health Department staff and clients, each employee must have a copy of their immunization record showing the last TD, proof of MMR or Rubella immunity and proof of Varicella or titer. Employees that perform direct patient care will be required to have an annual Tuberculin skin test and be offered the Hepatitis B vaccine series.
